How do I know the products are authentic?
At Premiere Online Vape Shop, we source all hardware and e-liquids directly from authorized manufacturers. Each device comes with a unique scratch-off authenticity code that you can verify on the manufacturer's official website.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeframe?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the country. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Please note that an adult signature is required upon delivery per federal regulations.
Do you offer a warranty on vape devices?
Yes, most hardware products come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or improper use. Consumables like coils and e-liquids are not eligible for warranty once opened.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, pods, or tanks that have been opened.
